The Access Point Name (APN) settings on your Blackberry 10 device is what the device uses to connect to the internet through the internet service providers. Apps on your Blackberry 10 device that require Internet access also make use of the APN settings.
If you don’t know where to locate the APN settings of your BB10 phone (z10, Q10, Q5, z30 etc), follow through the steps below :
- On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Tap image Settings &; Networks and Connections &; Mobile Network.
- If the Mobile Network or Data Services switches are off, turn them on.
- Tap APN icon as indicated below and complete the fields.
If you don’t have the required information, contact your service provider.
