My system have internet access, but my browser cannot surf the internet?
This can be so frustrating when you exactly do not know what
the cause and the solution there of.
I try a system restore and still could not
solve the “puzzle”.
This what I experience recently, and guess what, I solve the
problem, so I will be showing you how I did it.

I guess the problem should be from your DNS cache, try to
clear it and you can (browsers) access the internet again.
How to Clear DNS
1. Start- in
search box type cmd and run as an administrator (right click)
2.
Type in the
following command prompt
"Ipconfig
/flushdns" without the quote
Enter
"Ipconfig /release"
Enter
"Ipconfig /renew"
Enter
Then restart your system
See if that works out.
If the about solution did not work out for you try this out
1.
Start- in
search box type cmd and run as an administrator (right click)
2.
Type in the
following command prompt
netsh winsock reset
Restart
your PC
Hopefully that will fix it.
