Android devices can act as hotspot or WIFI (Wi-Fi) routers through which internet data connections can be shared across several nearby devices capable of receiving WIFI connections.
It is also called tethering. I use this same method to share my Android tablet data with my laptop, thus saving me the stress of removing my USIM card and re-inserting into the USB modem for computer.
How To Share Android Data Using WIFI with Other Devices - Laptops, Phone, Tablets.
Requirements:
1. A data enabled Android device which care tether (act as mobile data hotspot). This serves as the internet source.2. Recipient devices (laptops, phones, tablets) that can detect, catch and receive WIFI connections.
Steps:
1. Enable data connection on your source Android device2. Tap Settings
3. Select More Settings (Image below)
4. Select Tethering & Portable Hospot
5. Enable sharing by checking the box in front of Portable Wi-Fi Hostpot.
And that is it! Every other device will see this Wi-Fi connection, and can connect, and take advantage of its internet data connection.
I advice you to secure your network before you share it, so that others could not gain access to your network.

OPTIONS
Setup: You can name your connection as you desire.
Security: You have three options from the Set-Up screen, viz OPEN, WPA and WPA2. The Open option will let everyone use your data without requiring password. But the WPA protection options let you set a password which you can give out to anyone you want to have access to use your data via the connection you have created.
Please share with your friends.
